You can't assume people are texting while driving that they're using Facebook. They might be texting family or friends. It's not only women who text while driving, I've seen plenty of guys doing it too. Mostly it's young people, but whoever is caught texting while driving should have insurance payments increased, that is if they even have insurance. There are plenty of uninsured drivers out there..

got rear ended by gal over 5 yrs.ago,at a stoplight,dad n i coming back from church,she was on a cell phone,lucky dad had a big truck,but i got hurt in back n neck,no attys.wanted 2 sue her,they wanted 2 sue my dad,the system sucks,they didnt want the gal 2 lose her home,etc./wtf?!

There are plenty of men who are bad drivers.In fact, almost all of the really bad drivers are men (as are almost all of the really good drivers).
