My doc says take one in the morning ... yeh right 
... i'm a truck driver and haven't a toilet in my truck 
... coz when you take them things ... when you gotta go .. you gotta go lmao ... :( So seeing that i wake up all hours of the night anyways i take 2 before bed (sometimes)
... When i take them i keep a bucket beside my bed, and when my willy needs an empty i piss in the bucket
.. The bucket has inside of it "measurements in litres ... So in the morning i note down how much i piss out and let my doctor know..
Then he knows if my kidneys are working ok sort of thing 
When i do this .... have a guess how much i piss out lub , you wont believe me
... If you guess right i will ship you a couple of buckets for free so you can try ...ps, you will need to see your doc to get the pills though

Lookin'...be careful with that stuff...and get your electrolytes checked often as the use of these can dehydrate you.
