Rachie14: Well some of us are honest from the get go. Scammers will always exist. It's earning a living to them.
You see they are real people, but their intent is very different. There are plenty of tell tale signs and you have to have your own limits of what you're prepared to do and for how long.

There are maybe half a dozen Australian women on here posting, I'd be too young for 4 of them, the others would be either too far away or not a match for me. Seriously, do you buy the first car you see a picture of on the internet? I wouldnt, I'd be checking out several different cars, and test driving a few. Sure, the car dealer would much prefer me to buy whatever he says is the right car for me, and if he has a jealous tantrum the last thing I'd do is reward him with my business.

But the same thing actually happens offline as well. There will always be people with their own agenda. Are you saying that would like the site to put in rules where you photo I.d yourself for verification?

I have no intention of dating. It isn't because I am bored or lonely. It's because I like different opinions and seeing different perspectives. But I am upfront about it, I won't and don't play games with people. But the amount of guys who think they can change my mind is frustrating.

I dont think its possible to differentiate between serious daters and time wasters, majority of people are in a kind of denial. I'll admit to being a time waster most of the time, but if something tasty came along...happy times!
