Was he making any noise?

I could see him hitting things, but could hear only the occasional sound other than Sting's vocals and the guitars. dunno

Naw, really? confused American drummer Stewart Copeland only makes music.. grin almost as wells as British genius drummer Ginger Baker.... who could roll a flam into a flamacue in a paradiddle

I can hear way more of that one, but plainly there is more going on than I can pick up.

There's a young man who I sometimes see in Cardiff playing saucepans, storage boxes and water containers. I'm utterly transfixed when I see him, but I think I listen with my feet and eyes as much as my ears. It's possible I may stand a bit too close staring. laugh

Not name dropping but I partied with Stew and Sting and Robert (Fripp) in New Orleans back in the day.

the police, I loved them in my youth, but if you listen good, they're weak and it's good they quitted.
Their problem was ending songs. Message in a bottle, the end is 100 times :message in a bottle plus bassriff. So lonely also endless repeating at the end, walking on the moon , don't stand so close to me and Roxanne, all have several minutes of the same BS at the end. If they wouldn't have done so, they would have been brilliant.
