I don't think they allow us to video at this gym..What I will do is when my classes are over I will see if my friend can sneakily video me off her phone as her phone is colour..That way if I'm caught I can just say I want to see if I'm doing every thing right which of course they know would be bs I will do it when Cody the lifeguard is on as he and I get on like a house on fire.

Probably true but I bet I can out scull you on my back doing laps. I enjoy doing something similar in the water as the helicopter but instead with my hands and arms. Its called sculling. It’s used in treading water efficiently too.
I love sculling on my back and I used to scull on my back faster than a lot of swimmers doing free-style laps in the water.
Unlike the woman demonstrating sculling on her back i use a flotation device between
my legs as seen demonstrated in the sculling photo below. Men’s legs are heavier.
