To a stall a buy a greasy......burger......made out of horse meat........cooked in oil that has.nt been changed. For two weeks......then covered in. Fried. Opinions and tomato sauce to hide the flavour....... Oh ..yes how very......heathy........ .....??????
I've had smoked (dried ?) eel before when I was a kid. My grandfather used to do it but it's been more years than I can count as to how long it's been.Frig off with the jokes, TC....... Butin will have enough of his own......
