My Aussie gal will get her day in court & she will win.
I came across an article on how much a royal person makes off tax payers in the UK bloody disgusting when people are doing it so tough there..I reckon tax payers should kick up a stink about their hard earned money going to Andrew

Oxycodone: Unfortunately, in most cases of trafficked persons they get diddly squat.
This case does not sit well with me by any means. My only question is why an out of court settlement unless the victim in this case does simply not want to go through another court hearing? Are there any other factors that are motivating this decision if it goes ahead?
Agree with your post. I’ll leave it there because so many don’t even get near the compensation the victim received, or will potentially receive and that is what I find so damn desperate and wrong, it’s a nasty nasty world we live in when stuff like this happens. And therein lies a massive injustice.
Out of courts settlements are often "offered" to the victim so that the perpetrator doesn't have to go to court and be proven guilty without a doubt. The offer is usually so huge it's an offer the victim can't refuse. Unless the victim feels that getting the perpetrator to jail is more important than the financial offer. In this case there's probably little chance that Andrew would go to jail but it would cause a lot of harm to the royals. So the offer I would imagine would have to be substantial to "keep her quiet"
Tiger_Moth: So a dirty old man can be excused then . Why do men always see a man's point of view and how do you explain the guilty verdict passed om Maxwell over the other women know to have been trafficked.
Get off your soap box and look at the facts. Does this look like an innocent man in the eyes of the Royal Family who he has bought shame on.
LeeCharming: i don't want the victim to take the money...i want her to go to court and i want andrew made to confess...he is in fact a child s*xual abuser
The crown have a lot of evil to answer for and andrew gong to prison...could be the start of a domino effect and many more victims...could come forward and name the names..cause they have got away with these vile things for far too long
the one's who covered up for jimmy savile...must also spend the rest of their lives in prison...saville was a good personal friend of the royal family and this has never been investigated...so the axe must come down hard...on all these vile child abusers
Jesus . I would want any of you ladies to be on a jury if every a case like this came to court . There are many factors to consider before any prosecutions take place . Without knowing all the facts , you have already made a decision. It’s not a black & white case .

Again agree, I’d take a wild guess and say go all the way to court. There seems to be this fine line between principles and money. Money talks…

Oxycodone: That being the case I am sure it would have to be proved on medical grounds at the bare minimum but it would be up to him to reveal this unless by order of the court to submit his medical history.
Yeh , he kinda walked himself into a hole there....and he might well be able to bribe/pay some doctor off, but he wont' be able bribe the courts and any doctors employed by the courts....
Youcannow: I disagree. If she gets compensation, then the settlement will come out of tax payers money & I don’t think I have to pay for someone else’s mistakes .
But you'd be happy with paying for his extravagant lifestyle as long as he didn't get caught doing illegal things?
