online today!online today!rohaanCoos Bay, Oregon USA229 Threads 10,514 PostsAwhile back I posted that I really want to stay on positive, uplifting topics, but for just a moment I will divert with this question: I like retro television, (MEtv, etc…) and I realize that the choice to not watch a particular show is just a turn or click away, but would you agree ( or not..) that MASH is being WAY over-done? I know it was popular, but it seems to be on multiple channels at nearly every given hour. There isn’t one episode I haven’t seen, and I watched all of them in high school, ffs…just wondering what others might think about this, and perhaps other programs. Thanx a mill…

I cant speak for mash but i did watch metv type programming but after a few years I seen too many repeats except i still cant get enough of the andy grifith show.... it seemed so mature for its original time... this episode of mayberry rfd with peaches is unforgettably funny.

We have Seinfeld both in the mornings and in the afternoon here in Sweden for the last 20 years.
I have spent years watching and hoping to see an episode I have missed.
But I can enjoy anyway the same episode for the fourth time!
It's better then news that is only full of propaganda.

Multiple re-runs of Mash ... propaganda ... glorifying fighting and war "for a (alleged) cause" and how cool soldier and medics are ... and at the same time keeping people in fear... just listening to the lyrics of the Mash song in opening credits is enough to make any sensitive person depressed ... No war or inter-nation fighting should be glorified under any circumstances ... imo
