interacial dating (19)

In the past 5 yrs i have dated girls/ ladies from different ethnic backgrounds. Most of them where clear to me that , though they liked/ loved me, their family where not ready to accept someone from a different ethnic background. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the same experience, please feel free to let it all out here. Men and Women are all welcome, cause I know it goes both ways.

My "ex" is German...very....and since my name happens to be German when i met them for the first time I know I was certainly not what they were expecting...

However...I became the daughter they never had...and my two girls, mixed as they are...are their whole world...

I have to say that my "ex" had taken a firm stand on that...they would either accept me...or lose him...and he is their only child...so given the opportunity people will find the colour of one's skin does not make them any more/less human than the next person...and frankly after their "stiff" way of living...being part of a west indian family made them loosen up and really start to LIVE!!!

We don't need a reason to party...we just have to all be in the same room!!!

I have never had any problems with dating someone from another culture/race. My family is very accepting as well and have never rejected or felt uneasy either.

I have a 10 and a half month old daughter and she is part cameroonian and I have dated a few guys who were of different ethnicity and to me you are all the same as us. No one is any different. Its just a skin color to me.

I am sorry to hear that you had some bad experiences and I hope that from now on they are all good experiences for you.

l also have never had any problems dating someone from a different race. My parents have always told all of their children that it doesnt matter what colour a persons skin is as long as were happy and they treat us right. l am half dutch and english and the man l married was polish and ukranian, what a mix.
l dont date men by what colour their skin is and what nationality they are, its whats inside that counts for me.

I don't have a problem with interacial dating... I have absolutely no idea how my family would take it - not that it would really matter to me because they despised my ex and we were together for almost 10 years.

i would date most internationally and have. i wouldnt date anyone from the middle east. heheeh something tells me i might get into an argument over this one. tee hee.
