Jim is coming over on thursday nite from scotland to spend easter with me...

Going out of town for a few days with my sweet, wonderful husband. This is his only vacation between Christmas and late June, and his only time getting out of town between last October and June.
And it's a badly needed break. My daughter's best friend accidentally suicided last week, so we thought we were going to be staying in town for my daughter. Her friend's family is Dutch and they're supposed to be flying to Holland Thursday night with my daughter, for the funeral. I so need this time alone with my husband, without having to worry about taking care of my daughter; there will be time for that when she gets back next week.
