If I go to a bar, which is rare, I tend to want something to drink right off, even if its a glass of coke. Finding a seat isn't as much of a problem here, because most bars do have waitresses, so I tend to go straight to the well, order something, and then find somewhere to sit...

If I was a regular, all the time coming in, then I would try to have my own seat and know the bartender well. But they seem to change bartenders every 3-4 months. So, I never know who's working there.

I walk around saying hi to my friends and the regulars and then i go to the bar and wait for the bartender to give me my drink- i don't even have to tell him what i want. hmmmm maybe thats not such a good thing.
