Thank you blue and Starlite.. it's hard, I just want him to be remembered.. I hope nobody thinks bad of me for this.. I guess I am not ready to let him go, but in some small way through this he will still be around...
It's always hard to let someone you love go.........that's what "mourning" is, it's our time to be selfish and wish that we still had our loved one instead of letting him go to our Maker.
take your time and grieve, do it how you feel best, this poetry is a great way to hold on to your love for him, while you let his physical body go, after all that's all you've lost is the physical, your bond and your love and his spirit is still inside you and everyone he touched!
I wrote alot of poetry when Steve died....it is truly a good way to mourn, like star said. None of us thinks bad of you at all....we all care about you and are here for you sweetie!
I was trying to think of something to say, but sometimes the words dont come. Someone sent me this poem when my grandpa passed away, so I thought I passed it on to you.
I Did Not Die Melinda Sue Pacho
Do not stand at my grave and forever weep. I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn’s rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and forever cry. I am not there. I did not die.

when we were young
so full of life
and so high strung
We would laugh
and we would play
and we always knew
tomarrow was another day
We would run in the sun
and play in the rain
and comfort eachother
in our moments of pain
I will always remember you Bill
and the fun we had
the way we laughed
but at this time i'm still so sad
I will never forget
the times with you
you were more than
a cousin
and I loved you too.
I will miss you Bill
you will always be a part of me
