What do you feel is the more important ingredient in a loving relationship? Passion, or logic?
In a westernized country with a "Disney" philosophy of always following your heart, passion seems like it would be more important, but, doesn't anyone want the beautiful longevity that comes with someone who might just logically want to be you, maybe even based on previous passions? What are your thoughts?
I agree, a person who lives without passion lives a very sad life... I have a lot of passion in my life and sometimes it seems like it's too much.... But, someone who lives or thrives on pasion alone burns themselves out..... Shouldn't there be a good, happy medium, between logic and passion?
That makes sense, but, that doesn't make them enemies. Don't you have a crazy friend that's always getting you in trouble?
I'm in love with music, but, when I play guitar or drums, it takes a lot of logic to get better, I can't be a good musician on passion alone, or logic alone. Why would love for a person be any different?
Ok, seriously though, all elements are needed in order to be happy and well balanced; the problem is when they are in conflict and you are going back and forth in your mind; that is when gut feeling comes in and settles the argument.
