As said. Long hair accentuates feminimity. All your female icons from Golden Books to mills and boons have long hair. It waves and flows and glows. It is part of most guys fantasy's.
It is another sensation when she is on top.
But reality and practicality are not considered by males when fantasizing and picture shopping. Hair length does not come into it once the guy gets past appearance and learns about the inner woman.

I had a woman approach me in a store and tell me that long hair is not appropriate on older women. Excuse me??!!
Who decides this stuff? Is it on the same list that tells us not to wear white until - darn, I can't remember. I don't follow rules or stereo-types.
I'm growing my hair for myself - love the feel of it on my skin.
If it turns guys on - hey! A bonus!

Well for me it dont matter whether a guy likes hair short or long..its what matters to me...mine was short..and getting longer..but hey i might chop it off again..its me who has to wear it not them...

I agree. My hair is quite long at the moment and here in Russia I've been told (by the women ironically)that it's very unusual to see a woman my age with long hair, apparently after 35 the hair is normally cut short.
I have to say though, it's the only country I've lived in where long hair on older women is viewed as odd.

Its more easier to keep it nice and tidy when short..no disrespect to all ladies with long hair..but i walk around and see ladies with long hair and dont do anything with it..So i stick with my this way

There are some women on this site with short hair that are absolutely stunning! I wish i could have a short hairstyle...but with curly hair its almost impossible to look "sleek"....
