Hop on the bike like Dknew, but I have been known to ride it when it was only -10 f out....But at that time it way my only transportation. And I was so covered in clothes that I looked like the yeti coming out of a snowdrift when I go to my destination....
But otherwise interaction with people always helps my depression, so does traveling.

All sorts of things really.....go out with my friends whether its just to the bingo or a big night out....do some retail therapy.....walking....a blast of fresh air does wonders....taking my dog down the beach for a run....and probably the most recently often being on CS....some of the threads and the people are amazing I can't help but laugh out loud and laughter is the best cure!!!!
but some inquiring minds would want to know.....all that repetition wouldn't that lead to boredom????
(and no i'm not one of those minds......the good stuff always needs repeated )
and my answer would be........friends, out doors, and when i can manage it(since i don't have a bike) long drives in the car. amazingly i've found that i love the area i live in for this...........nothing like hilly, curvy, 2 lane roads that high rates of speed can be dangerous on of course i would neeeeeeeeever use high rates of speed
