hmmm... well, you using a touch pad or a mouse? It could be a problem with the mouse. Try disabling then reinstalling the mouse.

cursor begins to behave that way when you have a little bug

thats a completely different problem
there is excellent free virus protection and cleaners
but many are actually bugs
also you must do reguilar maintenence like emptying your browser cache
also firefox is way more impenatrible than explorer
