I don't have internet access all the time while I'm tavelling around.
I'm at my brother's place at the moment and four little kids are keeping me busy. Really busy!
I'm going to have to go home sooner or later to take a holiday from my holiday. This is tiring!

HI Kidatheart ..... yes these holidays are... what? ..... getting boring? .. for me anyway....I seem to lose all control over my life .... everyone`s at home. We get up at midday,cause there`s no sunshine, just dreary rain/snow....... some of us go shopping, some of us carry on with things in the house, then we got to have a drink and admire the handiwork of the kitchen ..... listen to music, eat a late supper..... go to bed late..... get up at midday again, and repeat the cycle......
... I could not believe that I actually missed "Fassnacht"! That`s the great big celebration in the village where everyone parties till the next day!.... so lost in my humdrum life ... till next week when everyone goes back to work/school .... I queen of my castle again...!
I didn't even realise how long I've been here until I was outside having a smoke and talking to one of the neighbours. Every day seems to blend into the next. I haven't been home for over 3 weeks and here at my brother's for a week today.
No sleeping in to mid day with kids from 2 to 8 around. The youngest is always waiting for me in a chair outside the door to my room.
The older ones are on the only computer in the house quite often, as is my brother, so I have to wait my turn to get on here. It's a house full of activity all the time.

No new wheels yet but I do have my truck at home whenever I get there. So far the new year has been good.

Its the same here in Malta... none of my friends are online, still 15 mins to go before I leave the office, and the weather is so grey that I prefered to shut the window and balcony door than have a day listening to the drizzling rain!!
Anyways, don't ever think you're alone out there!
There's always someone else in a worse situation than yours!!

Alone? Alone?! You have absolutely no idea of what the word Alone means my dear, until you live in a swiss cow town.....bordered by the Black Forest on one side, the Rhine on the other, and German border guards on the other!... Dont know whats on the other side ... just more cow towns I do believe.....until you bump into the Italian border guards.
Worse situation? My dear, fetching fire-wood from the forest, a bloody great truck load of it, cutting it all up with a chain saw, and stacking it against the house - in iggly piggly designs, like the swiss do, and then keeping the geraniums living in the cellar alive till Springtime, then watering the exotic ones in the atrium, inbetween doing keep-fit classes, kick-boxing, and jogging around the farm-lands, not to mention the other chores that I won`t bore you with ......... Who could be in a worse situation? Okay, at least I get to sleep late if I want to.

There are a few Towns and the Alps before you get to Italy.
It definitely be warmer there.
Am seriously considering every Winter,to do like the Bears and go into Hibernation.
This crappy weather just ain't good for my Soul.
