It is I finally knew were everything was, then they had to move, and make it bigger. Even though it is bigger still cannot find what you want.

I went to get oil and I looked in the oil isle............nope! it was two isles over between the washer fluid and the car batteries.mumbling

You buy chips and then send out a search team to see where they put the dip this time.

You find something you want real bad......but can't find the price. You ask for help and they call the person whos department it is. You stand around a while with your thumb up your butt waiting. Then you put it back on the shelf and go home.

Then the old fart says,"Thank you for shopping wal-mart." You reply, "i came damn close this time.!"mumbling

This is a marketing stragetyprofessor

Items are purposly shelved in illogical places.
If every item were where you expected it to be, you would come into the store, go directly to what you wanted, put it into your cart, check out with only the items you came for, and leave.
By strategically placing items where you would least expect them, sales departments hope that you will see other items, not on your mental list, think... why not... and put them into your cart along with what you came for when you finally do find these items; thus increasing sales... unless of course you are like rillyniceguy who gets frustrated and leaves... again... with NOTHING!!!tongue

If you think it's so bad inside the store... you should see what it looks like inside the trailers when I get them to the dock!!!

Not from my driving, I assure you!!
The guys who load this stuff on the trailers are full of tricks!! This morning, there were 3 small cases of seafood on a pallet, loaded in the nose of the trailer. Directly behind it was a full tall pallet of meat, not shrink wrapped all the way down. The boxes of meat jumped the pallet and were leaning everywhere. The poor old man unloading it had to restack it onto 3 pallets to get it off my trailer. Towards the rear of the load, a bin of apples had turned over and scattered everywhere, on top of blueberries and strawberries and all over the floor. It was a mess! I have seen them load cases of water on top of packages of napkins! Idiots!

Both my sons work at Walmart and my mother, before she passed, was a Walmart greeter after she retired. Walmart greeters are the brunt of many jokes, funny, but I always go out of my way to say something more than 'hi' to them.
Not the topic but oh well, it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! cheers wave
