A strange question possibly....does the type of flower you are sent influence your reply in any way...i.e. if a man/woman sends you one of your favourite description or colour...I know I personally notice the yellow sunflowers more so it had me wondering?

Morning sunshine...wave
Seems a weird question but I am always interested in the type of flowers a guy will bring...The roses are always a safe bet but it is nice when they are creative...guess most get the florist to decide anyway...

I wonder why people choose the flowers they do on line...I do purely by colour..

Nope...For me it's all about what it says. If it's a generic saying then they get the generic Thank you :) If it's something that they actually take the time to write, then it's something that I take more to heart.

I will say this though there are a few friends that send generic messages sometimes just for fun but those I usually respond to with a personal message.

I'm not fond of the orchid or the sunflower...I think they're a little weird looking...Other than that I like them all. Though who they come from counts more

bouquet

Ok I'm rambling off to bed with me wave

While I rarely send flowers to, or receive them from anyone but my lady anymore, I have always taken note of the particular flower sent. And, when sending one, I've always tried to match the flower to the sentiment - I thought that's why we were given so many choices to begin with...

Orchids are my favourite real flower, so I like to get them and often do. I don't think it is the particular flower though, it's the sentiment behind them and the beauty of receiving a gift that means you are in someone's mind for even the time it takes to send it.

I kinda like saying it with flowers.

'Hello nice lady' would be a bunch of flowers

'You shine' would be the sunflower

'hello' would be the daisy

'I like you' would be the rose

'would love to meet you' bottle of wine.

Those are the ones I normally send out if and when it happens. Considering that mostly these are sent to people who are pretty far away, may not coincide with what I mean if I am delivering personally however.

cool

I think the message received is more important than the type of flower sent.

And a personal message instead of the CS pre-made messages shows more about the person.

I send the daisy usually, because I like daisies.

And the bear for hugs, 'cause I like hugs laugh

Not impressed if someone uses the pre typed messages,

personal message shows thought
