hi lola hope your feeling better today lots of good advice given shows a lot of people care for you .i hit rock bottom in august till december you find friends help more than you can imagine.if i wake up feeling down i go to the bathroom look in the mirror and say today is a good day and start making funny faces seems to make me laugh
