If we all dealt out honesty, none of us would be on speaking terms anymore.....
shipoker55: Oh....another thing that turns me off when I read a profile!! When people say they are looking for honesty!! Men or women!! People don't really want honesty, really. They want their perception of honesty. To quote Jack Nicholson, "....you can't handle the truth!" JMO...of course

Agreed...
When I went out shopping with the ex and she asked how she looked and I was honest with her..."Like road kill in a dress", we wouldn't have lasted the full 6 years
Portiea: Yes, I mistated...it depends on the context...when referring to a specific god, it is a proper noun and should be capitalized....people often are referring to God specifically, like Oh my God! then it should be capitalized. When refering to a god in general, not capitalized.
You love this stuff? OMG!!
yes!! I will argue with a lamp post just because I like to argue!! I'm sic that way. You can never tell where I really stand on any issue...because I just like to argue!!

Out here in South Dakota it's not unusual to "dress" our "roadkill."

I try and steer clear of profiles where women try to describe their perfect partner as ultimately being Brad Pitt. There are not too many of the average guys who are like Brad Pitt (except some of us lucky few of course, even Ship looks like Brad Pitt, even though a later version.) .
Also I steer clear of profiles where women are stipulating heaps of musts and must nots in their perfect partner. I think that this is a sign of some baggage from past relationships.

Saw a movie last night that had this line: " women don't need a man's oppinion. They need to hear their own oppinion, just in a deeper voice" I just thought that's brilliant!
