no all the thiefs!
our goal at our store is 36,000,000$
if we lost meat from the freezer we all lose money from our bonus
if a costomer steel again we lost on our bonus
if an employee steel again we lost on our bonus
on halloween night something went wrong with our freezer/cooler we lost 100,000$ of meat,cheeze,butter,ice cream,ect...
on january same thing we lost 71,000$
plus now a 40,000$ because an employe
plus all the costomers who had stole
there's nothing left for us

That's true but i love to please people.
But why some costomers had to steel,what's the trill of it. they don't know how it affect the people who work hard for their money? and what make mad it's the people who you had provided good services to them well they turn on your back and steel....

I completely agree!
They've become another one of the corporation types that under pays their workers and the workers get screwed because of someone else's wrong doing. I don't think I've met an employee from Wal-Mart that was truly happy with their job, but that's another ball game.
I would be the one that would start planning a way of getting back at them, by getting everyone together and deciding on the busiest day of the week that no one shows up for work, and see what they do then

They'd have to fire the whole store with maybe the exception of the managers. If everyone called in sick there'd be nothing they could do to you. Just some food for thought.

Sorry to hear that. As usual, one ruins it for many. It just does not seem right that many should pay. It should be noted that some of these companies run on a military type of philosophy. When one messes up, everyone else pays.

he wanted to talk to all the employees
i am sad because i had talk to you guy's that a guy at wal-mart had stole 6 lap-top then my manager had talk to us about that
he did stole 6 lap-top but on a period of 9 months he had stole over 40,000$ of ipods,cell,lap-tops,computer,tv,dvd,stereo,digital camera,camcorder, ect...
why i am sad it's because all employees are losing their bonus at the end of the year
i was about to get almost 5,000$ on 4% of 36,000,000$ budget devided 250 employees.
i had work so hard to have my bonus
ok i make 20,000$ a year there plus my bonus plus my benifits plus my 10% discount i make around 30,000$
now that we won't get our bonus because of him i don't want to work no more why i should pay for people who are not honnest.
i'm not the one who had stole.
that's why i am sad and frustrated
I'm very sorry, I feel for you it seems to me the world is for the bad guys and just that us good people get screwed left and right. I'm one of these you work for what you get.
