I really like the thought of my heart beating to the rhythm of a trusted loved ones drum and the shared discoveries - this beauty almost negates the quest for answers cos if we keep on 'experiencing' till we encounter that 'souls purpose' of the twin flame, it doesnt really matter how many times we are reincarnated -( not that it matters anyway cos its all part of the beautiful rich tapesty) cos its a continal learning curve - and I believe that once we complete one cycle, the next is there for our perusal with other and different experiences to 'Grok'

Galactic_bodhi: Okay. Not everybody believes in karma or reincarnation. But almost everyone here is a closet romantic, and believes that somewhere out there is "The One".
Lately, from my own religious perspective, I've begun to think that while soul-mates may or may not exist, we do encounter certain people over and over in our journey from birth to death, and back around, and that we are tied together with these people by a web of Karma that stretches back and forward into infinity.
Have you ever met someone you constantly experience deja-vu around? Do you look at their face and see foreign cities you've never been to,at least in this lifetime, and have vague impressions at the edge of your memory of events and conversations with or regarding these people?

Karma is not exactly destiny in the classic conception of ancient Indian manupscripts. It is however, as a sum of cirmscunstances something that touches present and future. Its action is an expression of what you have mentioned as connection of everything.
It is true what you say about the deja-vu. Almost everybody has felt it as least once, some people more than others... however it has to be said that these kind of phenomena do not only come associated to "good happenings" "soul-mates" but also people who have "the mission" to disrupt one`s life to the bottom. These are all the things that shape our lives (the karmatic forces, say, the action-reaction coming from recent past within our own lives or coming from long time ago, things occurred beyond our curreent existence) and acy according to laws beyond our pretentious capacity to understand.

Twin Flames meet each other in their first incarnation so that they remember the soul frequency of the other being. They are then usually reunited on their last time to this planet. If Twin Flames meet before they are ready they can be the total opposite and not at all compatible. When Twin Flames meet and are ready for each other, it is the most enjoyable experience possible on Earth.
At this point, Twin Flames are almost identical. They truly compliment each other and it is a hardship for them to be apart. As an outside observer it is sometimes hard to distinguish the two people. They also have a very strong bond and often have telepathy with each other. Their lives even before meeting each
other have many parallels. Again, meeting your Twin Flame is very rare on this planet.
