I have yet to come across one person that complains that some one is lifting too much , I bet your one of those guys that throws the dumbbells on the floor , and like’s to grunt out every rep If people are complaining about you I’d suggest you take a serious look at your behaviour in the gym

No....actually,I'm one of the most respected guys in the gym.In fact,I EVEN TRAIN A FEW GUYS,AND always replace my weight.

......but I ADMIT.....I do grunt and groan.I mean....I do lift alot of weight,and if you didn't act like such an a**hole and publicly call me dumb(you can sugar coat it all you want)....I WOULD HAVE maybe E-MAILED you some secrets on gaining some inner strength,and doubling the amount you can lift.
Maybe you should take your own inventory HERCULES,AND take a look in your own mirror.
