pencilartist: or iam i the only one
No, you're not the only one, my friend. I do think sleep patterns change as one gets older but I'm not sure too little sleep is a good thing. Perhaps ask your doctor?

I used to sleep longer when I was younger .. fer surre.. ::nods head::
But it was never a lot to start with.. I sleep about 5hrs on average. I just seem to wake up after that time.. and even if I want to get some more sleep I can't so I give in and get up.
I was always a bit nocturnal, sometimes more then others, and working the night shift made that it easy. ....and I never had a hard time sleeping in the day. NOW,it doesn't seem to matter what time I go to bed,I am up way before the birds.
I personally think I NEED,or is that more a want...lol....more sleep then I am currently getting....
Question should have been the older you get do you require a nap,and that would be a BIG yes...lol
