Fallingman: Is perception a matter of reality? Now there is a question!
Our perception is precisely our own reality.
It is not necessarily the same as anyone elses. Physical reality is very much a manifestation of our perception. That is to say that we each create our own reality.
It is a paradox that are not separate from the world in this form until we awaken, and that we literally create the world around us. That is to say that, it's not the case that the world around us already existed, and we were just born into it; but rather that the world around is is an enormus energy field, and we are smaller energy distinctions appearing about it and then waning, like sun spots on The Sun.
So in an enteral moment of right now that incessantly flows without form, we are each distinct and unique expressions of The Sun (an allegory for the Universe). We exist, and when our moment has past or life is the backdrop for those who are now creating.
We must learn to accept, that every other individual is in the process of creating thier own reality. Merely tolerating others is a futile exercise. Tolerence is not the same as acceptance. Tolerating perpetuates, the distinction between "them", and "me". In reality, there is no distinction we are each sunspots, equally Sun in every moment that we consciously decide to recognize that fact. Through aceptance, we realize that their creation does not necessarily interfere with yours, because your perception can be whatever you decide it should be and that's that.....
Everything else becomes "So What!"
When we awaken to the knowledge that we have that power, then there less need to physically fight against reality, because we now fight with spiritual weapons, and in the physical world, we just roll with the flow, and shine as absolutely glorius as will. Let the other sunspots be what the are, and we are free to be as shining and bright as we will.
res123: Is god a concept, on which we measure our pain?
If God is a concept on which we measure pain than life is a cruel, miserable joke....for some. Or could perception be everything? God to me is our ultimate test of faith and capacity to love and to be......and some have loved and been....they made history for eternity.
