The only good friend she had died a few months ago, and the other friends I do not know as they are just ones she parties with at the club, is where she met them.

First of all having to wait 72 hours is BS! If she doesn't show up at school I would contact the police and also the news media. 3 days is enough time for some creep to make it all the way to Mexico.
Another thing you might try is go to the club with a photo of her and ask the employees if they saw her and if they know who she was hangin with.
I sincerely hope everything works out but you must be beside yourself with worry.

kitty01: My youngest daughter (age 24)went to the club on Friday night and has not returned home yet. She lives in St. Albert and took a cab to the cub, have phoned the cab company and waiting to hear back, they are checking their records to see exactely where she was dropped off on Friday.
Phoned the police and have to wait 72 hours before a missing persons report. Will not tell me if she was arrested as she is an adult and can not give out that information.
Phoned all the hospitals and she is not at any of them.
She does did not take her purse or cell phone with her just some money and I.D. to get in.
I am getting worried as she usually always phones when she is too late or at least the next day.
She startes school tomorrow and was looking forward to it, so cannot see her staying out all weekend. When she talked to the guy where she lives and told him she would be back yesterday morning when he got home.
Now I do not know what to do.

OMG kitty i am soo sorry u r going thru this. I hope that all turns out well, i will say a prayer for u tonight. what is ur daughters name and i will add her in the prayer? And it is so crappy they say wait till 72 hrs, that gives a perp too much time and its not right!

HMMMMMMMM....I think the 72 hr thing is B.S. too...it's not law...it's something they go by themselves when it comes to missing persons hoping they show back up...call and talk to someone higher up then you talked to in the police department and let them know of your concern...and that this is out of character for your daughter....Good Luck and I will keep you in my prayers...talk to a Staff Sergeant or higher up if you can!!!!
