I cant believe that America, who have achieved so much on the world stage (positively or negatively, as you like it) cant get a little thing like voting methods right and not just this time time round but time afer time.
Im back to that bizarre thing I said/read a few weeks ago which suggested that with the financial fiasco and now a votes fiasco, that Bush may just get to extend his time in office by implementing emergency measures - the markets are falling drastically here again today and the interbank lending rate is still prohibitively high - lets see what the next 24 hrs bring.......... I still do think its bizarre by the way

All you have to do is consider what is right for the Americans casting honest votes might not be expedient for dishonest politicians who are actually running the show Trish.

The DEM party is sending 8000 attorney to poll watch and the

They cannot even pass laws to control the activities of organization

Yet they want poll workers and princit clerks to have a registration process that keep illegals from voting. Will send attroenys to monitor the process, which can mean criminal felony charges to a poll workers that allow illegal person to vote.
So for the first Presidential election in 24 years, I will only vote. And not participate in this as a official.
