WhatUwish4- Well let's see after being around me for so long, Being there longer, like the rest of our days, not bailing because things did'nt go your way this time.. But no one has staying power any more.
Whoa! That's terrible!!! Do you have people to turn to- really close friends to help you through this? What a horrible way to feel- I do send you all my good thoughts for you. Just remember this- there REALLY IS a light at the end of this tunnel of hurt. Your hurt will decrease and your joy will increase, and things definately will get better..... Smiles to you!

Take care of yourself. Have that nice warm bath, do your hair, do your nails, lotion yourself up to your ears, treat yourself to a bottle of wine or a drink you like, grab a stupid movie, one of those stupid enough not to bring you any reflection, and exciting enough so you don´t daydream away and feel bad again. Get yourself a gift. Call a friend and talk. Hit a pillow. Go have a swim and scream underwater as much as you can. Go for a run. Go dancing. All of those work for me for immediate soothing, but if it´s a constant problem, you´ve got to look for more substantial help. I hope you get better!!!!

All of those are good for the initial feelings of it, and then again on the worst days. For long term, meditate, spend time outdoors, and look inside at yourself. First the good parts...find them, hold them up and look at them, then hold them closer until you start to feel them shine again. Then you have to take a look at the bad parts of you...hold them up, say good-bye, and then let them go and replace them with more good parts. It's called rebuilding a better you. Seek peace and inner reflection within your Spiritual beliefs as well, whatever they might be.
Seeking to be a better you and to love you more is the best healing I've found. And it makes you strong enough to try again, and wise enough to do it smarter next time.
