I agree...You would think they would be more honest on here than in a face to face interaction. The only thing I can think of that someone would lie about is there general appearance; what is there to gain from lying about yourself on here?

well....I just read a profile from a young 20 year old, who stated in a thread that she made over 250 K a year and was worried that she wouldn't be able to take her daughter to a doctor!! But her profile says she has NO CHILDREN and is a sales representative!!

I honestly wouldn't know right off the bat. If you have any question about that person wouldn't it be a safe bet to message the person and ask questions about their profile while getting to know them. They maybe aren't aware that they entered wrong information; It could also be a scam!

hmm i do think women are more materialistic now a days.. maybe not all or most but a lot of them. And they wont accept it.
I think THE best thing for a woman is to stand on her own feet , i mean be self sufficient by having her own source of income.It not only affects ones self esteem but partner preferences too.

Kevint: A very wise comment, whilst some men are lazy, the greater number that are financially worse off are most likely there from past mistakes, and would be only to happy to be the main breadwinner, sometimes in life finding work can be as hard if not harder than finding a decent woman.
