What is really something when they come see me for a major nose bleed and I see a crescent shaped cut in their nose from them jamming their finger nail into when they hit a bump and I have to cauterize it.

I saw this excavation phenomena everyday on the freeway when I lived in Atlanta and its not just men i saw almost as many chick pickers. It might have something to do with the smog someone will have to dig deaper into the subject for more evidence

Sat at the traffic lights picking his nose.. when a car slammed into the back of him..
I suppose maybe his elbow hit the steering wheel.. Because he got carted off to hospital with his finger jammed up his nose..
