Judging by the previous responses, it seems this is a joke.
If it is not, Call your Doctor and get checked, blood in the intestines should not be messed with.
But, if you did eat something like beets, it could change your output's colour. So yes, do think about that possibility of something you ate, otherwise call your Doctor.
