How do you feel about (seriously) hitting on one of your co-workers?

I would never do that unless I had to defend myself. I don't need a lawsuit.

dunno

We had a policy years ago at one place I worked, that you could not date employees...It their was a break up, it causes friction, and also one of them felt they needed to leave their job.. I think it is a bad idea...where on the other hand, I have a girlfriend that thinks that is the only place she has ever met any decent men...Depends on how it is handled..dunno dunno

It's a bad idea to dip one's pen in the company ink. That's about the cleanest way I know to say don't "F" where you worklaugh

We both left the job and were married for nine years. I did it for the fringe benefits. Once the pension plan funds ran out she traded me in for a 401k plan

It would all depend on how mature each person was, but most are not mature enough. to maybe break-up and still be respectful to one another...JMO

But yet Everyone says they are mature and "GROWN-UPS"laugh Most people are not...cheers

Yep, not a good idea. I think that's one of those rules you just simply have to go by, same goes for dating any exes of your friends, it simply isn't done. scold

I did it once, and agree that it's a bad idea. Bad enough that I was a waitress then, and upon seeing him lost control of a tray of glasses. laugh I discovered it's just too distracting. And yes, it can be a problem if you have a bad breakup.
