Before I began searching to define, expand, and enjoy the limits of my soul, I trained fighter pilots who taught me to fly, especially socially, in that they helped me to see that, with supportive friends and peers, our backsides are always protected. As my soul-searching led to many other personal insights, I learned to enjoy the reality that life is fun, especially if I discard my ego, embrace and build on my supportive others, and try to see how others experience me. At that point the #6 took on new meaning. I once believed I’m less than all and I must guard against what others can do to me. At this point I saw my self-centred (only I matter) tendency to also ask what can others do for me started to alter into being self-focused (I matter too), and for the first time I saw that my tendency to be silent and a loner caused many others to wonder what I would do to harm them! My Higher Power then arrived in my life; since then it is He who protects my back and tells me to let Him deal with my resolved past, as I focus on my present and future and work on being transparent, vulnerable, and wide open to any and all possibilities...so I can simply focus on letting all souls fly with me/us. I just changed one letter to my real name, which is Lana
and I was born in 1966....simple as that..

My name Laura is derived from Laurel which is a plant used as a head garland in ancient Greece. Lilly is my favorite kind of flower.

Tamarin came from being sat signing up with a friend and it asked for a user name...

I dreamt my username about 8 years ago......the dream was just big letters (METIJA) against nothingness....i woke up and thought.....hmmmm how odd... ...better write it down....
and went back to sleep....
next day, being very curious as i had never heard of this word.....i googled it.....Metija is a small place in equador at the base of the Andes.....it is also fertile valley in Algeria at the base of the Atlas mountains.....
It is the name given in Greek mythology to the closest moon circling jupiter/Zeus...she was first wife of Zeus and Goddess of knowledge.
