Acupressure - look it up. I sent Adam a link for him to do this with his headaches before they increased his meds and it helped.

What kind of headache? where is it located?
If I were there I am sure I can massage away most of them. But depending on where you have it, there are some pressure points you can hit to get some pressure for most.
I'm with you though. I am sitting here with a 103 temperature and the flu. Flu shot didn't do too well this year.

try pressing thepressure point in between ur thumb and ur index finger, with ur thumb and index finger on the other hand..firm pressure for bout 20 secs .. hope it works

It's basically in my neck, working it's way up to my right frontal lobe.

Soak your feet in cool water for 10-15 minutes. That's the Naturopath remedy and it does work. I don't get headaches often enough to keep any of those in my house, so this is what I do to relieve the few I get.

The acupressure works for me on a normal headache, but it sounds like yours is a tension headache. When I do have a bad headache and I apply that pressure, it goes away immediately.
