Headaches are mostly caused by dehydration.Start drinking something other than coffee or anything with caffeine in it.
Increase your vitamin c intake, though not much as this can also have an effect.
Avoiding cheese, coffee and many other things will also help to minimise these things.
I suffer the odd migraine here and there, and i still cant resist a coffee and a cheese sandwich

OK, had 2 cups of hot tea this morning. I guess I'd better switch to water now.
Took my multi-vitamin this morning.
I LOVE cheese!! But didn't have any today... yet.

I have sometimes migranes and other headaches.
I swear on this old home remedy of my mother's :
Drink strong coffee - straight, no sugar, no milk.
Then drink the juice of one freshly pressed lemon.
I swear to you, within 30 min your headache will become less and maybe even vanish, depending on how strong and how long you are already having it.

I've gone 2 weeks without eating. Lost a lot of weight too! No, I don't do that anymore. That was when my heart got broken the first time. I COULDN'T eat. Couldn't even think of food.
