No, Sommer, this is NOT how kids write nor talk in Florida. Only a select few use da for the and dat for that. I think this 26 year old "kid" is trying to impress some with his lack of grasp of the English language.
Although, I have been known to use the "f" word a time or two on the golf course and some other undisclosed places and times.....
