The sea is languid, hardly moves Wavelets hardly make a groove Soft, still shoreline, crystal blue Turquoise splendour, Emerald hues Nothing stirring all is calm Late Spring spreads her gentle balm
BUT WAIT
Flying fish, a silver rain Seasonal shoals are back again A jelly fish here & there Pulsating parachutes so fair Sand colored, there escapes a skate Dolphins frolic in our boats wake
Star fish Cuttle fish all are there. Sea grass waves its hanks of hair Air bubbles from creatures in the sand Here crawls a crab with pincer hand Shells along the beach attest That life prolific never rests
Who would think to see this sea That in her depths such bounty be

About this poem:
I am surounded by Sea in the Middle east and it is all of the colours above. The dolphins are phenominal as well as all the other creatures mentioned.
