Sparkle (a cats tail)

My dog just chased
the cat up a tree
Sparkle meows
and she looks at me

"come and rescue me"
she just said
I only laugh
and shake my head

She glares at me
as only cats can do
I glare back
See, I can do it to

I finally go
and lift her from the tree
She meows angrily
"Tell that Beast to let me be"

Macie, my chocolate lab and sparkle have a love/hate relationship. One moment they are chasing each other around the house and outside and the next they are curled up sleeping side by side.
