In endless space
we float
Everyone of us..
Incased in our own
private translucent
sphere
Slowly we move through
time like molasses in
a thick impenetrable
void
I can see you through my
sphere but I cannot touch
you and you cannot touch
me
There are billions of us
ocassionally bumping one
anothers spheres and moving
in whatever direction..
We are lost in time if there
is such a thing
Perhaps we have measured time
by our pain but it doesn't
matter
What matters is that we have
awakened to a consciousness
finding ourselves imprisoned
in this elastic sphere that
shall float in a suspended
sea of eternal blackness..
From our spheres we can only
hear one another in inaudible
tones..
I see your tears..
I feel your fears..
I can only cry out these words
to you..'I love you,' and when
I speak those words an intense
light radiates from within your
sphere and you become a star!
