The Plan Of Words
Words that are spoken
Are those words to understand
Words that are read
Are those more fitting as part of a plan
A plan to read
Or a plan to write
A plan to surrender
Or a plan to fight
The sound of the voice
Or the silence of the pen
The plan of words
To lose or win
On my orders they await command
But I forget them all
When I get lost in her eyes
Or at the touch of her hand
