faded flowers

Sunbeams glide hrough the window
The glass bowl with faded flowers
The light catching the bowl
Splinters of color shoot out
and the wall lights up
Pinks, blues, greens, a rainbow of nature.
And the flowers again become a thing of beauty.

Sometimes in life people feel faded and forgotten,
It just takes a ray of sun to light them up and show them how beautiful and special they are:-)
