Do you pray for love to come?
The day has dawn
The clouds are gray
A soft gentle rain falling from the sky
What are your thoughts?
What are your dreams?
Do you wonder if they will come true?
Do you pray for love to come?
And when it does turn away?
Or are you too busy and don’t take the time
Wondering why love has passed you by
It is safe and comfortable being all alone
And being in love takes a risk.
It is easy to claim you are too busy
But there are 24 hours in a day
It takes two minutes to let someone know
That they are on your mind
So what are your thoughts?
What are your dreams?
Do you pray for love to come?
