Tears Denied

Nourishing the world with violence consumed in hate.
We live our lives, we love our lives.
Completing a hellish life gift wrapped with bows and lies.
We lose our lives, we loathe our lives.
Ignoring who suffer each day's avoidable fate.
We learn to cry, but tears denied.
Animals whine and waste away inside a cage.
We lock and load, we shoot with pride.
Industries reap forests or anything that's in range.
We learn to lie, we learn to die.
Everything makes simple sense, nothing will ever change.
We live to lie, we strive to die.....tears denied.

About this poem:
My teenage years were dark and morbid. I wrote a lot of dark simple poems. I think most of my poems are self explanatory.
