The Quotes Garden – Poems in a verse - [ X ] - The Hermit

The Quotes Garden
*** Part II – Poetic lines in a verse ***
*** The Hermit ***

“Learning Death whilst alive, there is the Gate Keeper –
***
In the world of man, a Shadow, uttering a blessing:
***
Oh, sing to our Lord, lofty peaks of the Realm!..
***
Sing to our Lord, deep valleys full of sweetness!..
***
- Nine Skies under Heaven; only one here, to marvel!
***
Lord Jesus, forgive Thy servant, unworthy, and sinful!..
***
God, forgive all my enemies, for they are just cruel friends;
***
God, bless those who curse or harm me, to know Thy Mercy!
***
God, bless those who envy or hate me, to know Thy Love!”
***
