Demon of the world
Havoc you cause
Life expelled
You float
You lurk
Your the intruder
Man's greed Thier creation
Alway seen discarded
In open seas
Under the waves not to be seen
Your still there lurking man's greed
Never ending always there
You don't hide
Always seen on top
Beneath your always there
Floating on the open seas

True love is measured by how deep you fall
And judged by how low you are willing to crawl
Just to save it and make it last
It is determined by how willing you are to open up and offer your trust.
It is hospitable, amazing at all times, and always kind.
It is never prejudiced, it is color blind.

About this poem:
These romantic love poems also prove that men deserve to feel special every once in a while. If you think men don’t cry, these love poems will prove you wrong. The words from these poems will surely touch the very soul of your man. It doesn’t matter if it’s long or short, as long as it’s sincere and pure

Six sides
Closed in walls
Gray barran
Graffiti lurks cold to breath
Lights flicker
Senses void
Hightened pain
Ears closed
Shouts of pain
From others closed
Senses hightened to the cold
Investment breath heavy
Damp one sits and dwells on past without future
One is bound
Feelings gone
One is void one is lost

Heat of the sun
The motion of the water laps the sandy beach
Cool breeze
The heat envelopes ones senses
The gentle breeze
Blows within the trees
Sound of quite tone
Fills ones ears
One is at peace
As one walks the waters edge
Bare foot water laps the feet cooling chilling
One walks the waters edge

Time travels through a portal of space
Sleep travels through a body at night
A thousand minutes more than half a day
A thousand unconscionable moments lay
Like the midnight rides of Ichabod Crane
Do these dreams also gallop just in vain
For the race that we enter we must win
Or only wonder what might have been
Time that travels must somehow begin
Time that travels must somehow end
Seasons of happiness seasons of sorrow
Cadence that resonates each insects song
A buzzing of passing bees going along
The path time travels winds and bends
A brook across the meadow meandering
A barnyard full of nesting sparrows
In every timber crossing and gable
Time only know when its right and able
Or demonstrate what’s right and noble
Time to awaken from our dreams
To know things ain’t as they seem
Time to distance ourselves from the past
To look forward to the things that last
A place to observe the stars in the sky
Into the night hours we watch for nigh
A light perhaps from a falling star
A moment to become all you are

About this poem:
An abstract writing about the word 'nigh'. The word is interesting if not odd.

I stand up on this paper stage
With only words to express
The deepest vowels, the highest consonants
Of what our hearts request
Dream on, sing on with me
In octaves of your own originality
Watch your words form linear lines
That move and bend in space and time
Imagination, Yes, Imagination
Give us old images of new shape and form
Imagination, Yes, Imagination
With each of our renewed perceptions, truly we are reborn
For all the poets and painters, writers and singers of song
Upon the written page
Let us write and recite our own thoughts and dreams
As we stand upon this paper stage

About this poem:
A poem dedicated to writers in voices of different forms/genres. Of the styles to chose from- chant seems the most close to my poem’s style but that doesn’t quiet nail it for me. Any thoughts on this?

From illness one leaves the body
Transits in time
To natures comforts
To trees that whistle in the wind
Leafs brushed aside they fall to the ground
One now sits preens and wings stretch
Yuor past clean your past gone
Now traition is done one with nature
The ill body has flown
A new begining
A bird of nature
Your transtion has begun

The July heat has come and it is as though winter is not far; as the summer has already flown by quickly. It seems as the weather is always one extreme or another. The summer heat is but a reflection of these things as I watch the heat waves radiate over the pavement. Life is a twinkle of the eye so saith the Word of God. Life is full of such extremes but I can live with out the drama. Holy is the soul that finds gratitude in the withstanding of what life brings. Though I would rather bare the heat than the cold; blessed am I that I live too experience life. If this be wisdom, then I am great full to have enriched you. If it bares no weight then it shall not hold you down. On the alter of peace, peace to you.
