They say the first impressions are formed in the first few minutes of meeting someone. You probably will be able to pick out who you find attractive from a room full of people and then it's a matter of personality. I'm not sure by talking for only a few minutes you'd get a good idea of who they are.

I've tried speed dating and it's not my cuppa tea...you get to chat with someone for about 2 minutes then they cut you off unless of course you pay to get unlimited chat and email.
