in my case most likely my age
and also related to that my experience - I no longer jump in as readily with a time honoered tried and true red flag radar....
also my age because I now know what what I want, period. I feel in the past I have compromised enough
tho that is true - the attitude I have about that prolly makes me a little less likely to get involved & commit therefore prolonging my willingness to accept.....
