Women are the safest drivers, I've never caused an accident while driving and on the two occasions there was an incident, it was a man that was to blame
so my friend is coming out of the parking lot at traffic school and makes a quick turn and moments later has a patrol cop motion to pull her over. As she sits in her car by the side of the road, looks up at the "one way only" road sign.
The officer asks as he pulls out his citation book - didn't you see the sign it reads one way road only.
My friend smiles, bats her eyelashes and replies; "but officer, I was only going one way

Some years back on the way to get petrol, I had this car pull out a side road, dangerously cutting me up, causing me to brake hard.The car then drove into the same petrol station as the one I was heading for. I had decided by then to say nothing. Out the car pops this little old lady, she fills her car and heads off to pay.
I finish filling up and too heads off to pay.
In side the old lady is talking to the cashier.
cashier: hello haven't seen you here lately
old lady: no I haven't been able to get out, my car has been in the garage, I had an accident, it was the first one in 40 years, it wasn't my fault I'm a careful driver!!!!!!!!
Something came over me, as hard as I tried my mouth wouldn't stay shut and I mentioned very bluntly my feelings

I drive a standard transmission and have hung around garages most of my life - bad drivers get on my nerves
but men are usually the ones who hang out in the left lane(passing lane in the USA) with the blue haired old ladies like they own it - going 5mph below the speed limit - MOVE ON OVER JACK...sheesh

Women are the best drivers on the road, theres no doubt about that. I'm only taking this from the amount of tickets that were issused in New Zealand, more men recieved traffic offences than women.
However, how many women sweet talked there way out of it..

Men have better Spatial Reasoning ability on average. I fail to see how smaller and lighter help.

men do not always have better spatial reasoning - but often better mechanical reasoning scores (but that could be more cultural than actual) - spatial reasoning can be reflected in, for example, artistic ability. You don't know how size can matter

Go onto one of the fairly "new" Irish motorways, no one can drive there!
Right lane for overtaking only etc.
, they have to have a lot more ads on the radio before that hits home (or me behind them).But yes, a lot of Irish people can't drive in a city, both men and women, the amount of people telling me they're not driving in Dublin is unreal. And in fairness, some Tipp biddies just can't drive or park a cark full stop.
