I think it is important to show the person you are dating how much they mean to you by doing things that make them feel special but this should not end with marriage or moving in together.

"Courting" is an old dinosaur word from the days when I was dating.
You're a young man and I wouldn't think men think in terms of courting anymore as now it seems to be slam, bam, thank you maam kinda world.
When my husband courted me it meant he didn't have eyes for anyone else. I'm sure he still noticed other women but his heart was with me. Courting is a committment, it's that simple.
